TENS Unit: Learn to use Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) units for non-pharmacological pain relief during labor.

Labor and Birth Positions: Explore various labor positions, empowering clients to find the most comfortable and effective postures during labor and birth.

Birth Preferences: Assist parents in creating their birth plans and understanding their options, ensuring a birthing experience that aligns with their wishes.
